A successful Business Development Manager is a highly prized asset to any company. IZAAP is looking for such a professional asset for expansion of current business as well as to ensure progressive growth in future.
Job Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to clarify requirements. ( Level 2 Prospects)

Reviews RFI, RFQ & RFP responses for technical accuracy.

Handle all Client escalated calls/ meetings/ Discussions.

Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure

Conduct pre/post shift meetings and cascade latest process inputs from the clients and the management to the team.

Review the performance of the team and ensuring the metrics of the team are achieved on a daily basis
-
Help the team members to follow good sales approach and best practices to get new stakeholders.

Responsible for maintaining an energetic atmosphere within the team.

Should be able to generate sales ( new Customers/ Projects)

Willingness to attend International Client meets, conferences, Trade shows etc when there is a need.
Skills Required:

Very Good Communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Must have experience working with USA Software Market

Cold calling/International sales.

Working knowledge on online bidding sites.

Should have worked in night shift before and should be open to work in flexible timing as well.

Passionate towards sales, willing to take challenges and meet sales targets consistently.

Should be aware of current Mobile Technologies and IT sales process
